Cozy, welcoming. Would definitely book this again! ☺ Cozy cabin with comfortable bed. Lovely garden view and easy to get in and out using the private entrance and side gate. ☹ Its definitely spacious enough for two but some low corners meant we banged our heads a couple of times (and I’m only 5”)

Excellent stay, Excellent staff & Excellent location! ☺ It was a well maintained property, with all the necessary equipment, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and overall heating and lighting to a very high standard! ☹ There was nothing we didn’t not like about the B & B in general. Very Good ☺ Very nicely decorated and comfortable room. Very welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Not too far from Carbis Bay station and beach (but that's quite a bit of a up/downhill hike), but there's a bus stop for St Ives right outside the guesthouse. ☹ Some corners could be better cleaned.

Very comfortable and clean room with an excellent host. ☺ Close to everything. It was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good and the host and staff were attentive and very helpful and friendly. ☹ It was a bit difficult to park as the car park was small and cramped.
