We will be staying here again next year and would thoroughly recommend this property to all potential future clients.

Not too far from Carbis Bay station and beach (but that's quite a bit of a up/downhill hike), but there's a bus stop for St Ives right outside the guesthouse. ☹ Some corners could be better cleaned.

Breakfast was very good and the host and staff were attentive and very helpful and friendly. ☹ It was a bit difficult to park as the car park was small and cramped.
